Assemblage Vintage Neon, 1972 Ford F150 Hood 2013 The meaning of the phrase "Made The American Way" no longer means what it used to. As our values have changed so has the meaning of the language we have used to describe it. When I was only three, my parents had just bought a new home. My father was working on the house and had his toolbox open on the floor. The story goes; I went to the tool box, grabbed a screwdriver, walked to the door and looked at the hinge. I looked back at the screw driver and back at the hinge, returned to the toolbox swapped the Phillips head for a standard screwdriver, returned to the door and began to remove one of the screws.
